For Chef Daniel Rose’s Downtown restaurant, our flowers are meant to feel that they’ve wafted in like a mist. Perhaps these textural tumults were gathered cliffside, or pilfered from a secret garden. The richly disheveled designs pair the poisonous with the edible, the humble or abject with the rare exotic. Interior by Roman and Williams.
