T MAGAZINE ‘THE GREATS’ 2018
For this celebration, we summoned the weather. A beaded curtain of Equisetum (horsetail) punctuated with explosion grass divided the space, rattling gently with every puff of breeze. To walk through it was to walk through a cascading waterfall to a raucous dinner, where clouds of botanical fluff hovered over guests, sheets of “rain” (grasses) pouring from them in a dry deluge. The revelry truly commenced on discovery of Joshua Werber’s exquisite flower tiaras at each guest’s place, their designs representing lightning, sunshine, and every iteration of meteorology in between.
