COSME
For Cosme, Enrique Olvera’s acclaimed New York restaurant, we marry the flora of the banks of the Hudson with those of different parts of the Mexican landscape. We invite the furry beast Heliconia “She-Kong” to drink at the trough with any number of Northern orchard branches, and weave palms through a thicket of Greenbriar.
