JASON WU RUNWAY – SS 22
Our design for Jason Wu’s runway SS22 summoned erupting technicolor volcanoes of velvet summer flowers. The fluorescent geology of New Jersey’s Sterling Mine served as a jumping off point, our flowers stand-ins for minerals glowing under blacklight. We smelted the season’s glorious coxcomb’s furry, brainy vivid colors with zinnias’ two-toned psychedelia into a living lava that snaked through our ferny mountain range.
